Agreed 100%. I've been watching probate heirs and trust beneficiaries for over 20 years... and jumping in without a real probate attorney, is a recipe for potential disaster.

Geoff- Thank you for comment on my post. There have been many times that I meet with a potential client and they ask can I review their LegalZoom Will or Office Depot Form Will. I then ask them, "how did you accumulate your net worth?" Their reply is, "I am a doctor and practice internal medicine." I then say to the Doctor, "A form Will by a non-practicing attorney is like me going to WebMD to diagnosis my health issue." It can work some of the time, but that human interaction and relationship is the value of my services. If you have any probate or estate planning issues in Florida, feel free to contact me at 954-888-1747 or email at Daniel@411probate.com.
